AIFEG Private Office provides acquisition strategy, adviser and provider selection, commercial evaluation, negotiation support, coordination, governance, execution oversight, and long-term stewardship in connection with significant acquisitions and capital projects.
The scope of any engagement is defined exclusively in the written engagement letter agreed with the client. Nothing on this website extends that scope.
AIFEG does not provide legal advice, and does not act as counsel. Clients retain their own attorneys.
AIFEG does not provide tax, accounting, audit, or investment advice, and does not act as a fiduciary in respect of investment decisions.
AIFEG is not a real estate brokerage, a procurement agency, a design practice, an engineering consultancy, or a construction contractor, and does not perform regulated services reserved to those disciplines.
AIFEG does not provide valuations, surveys, inspections, or certifications. Where such work is required, it is performed by appropriately qualified and independently retained specialists.
Use of this website, correspondence with AIFEG, or submission of an enquiry does not create an advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
A relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement letter by both parties.
Coordination and oversight improve the quality of a decision and the discipline of its execution. It does not guarantee a commercial outcome, a price, a timeline, or the future performance of any asset.
Any illustrative scope, methodology, or engagement description on this site reflects typical practice and should not be relied upon as a representation of results.
Where AIFEG coordinates counsel, technical specialists, contractors, or vendors, those parties are retained by and accountable to the client unless expressly agreed otherwise.
AIFEG accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or work product of independently retained third parties.
