During an engagement we may hold information necessary to represent you, including transaction documentation, correspondence with counterparties, and records of advice given.

Our website collects only the technical information required to serve pages securely. We do not operate advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

How Information Is Used

Information provided in an enquiry is used solely to assess whether an engagement is appropriate, and to respond to you.

Information held during an engagement is used only to perform the representation mandate agreed in writing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information under any circumstance, and we do not use client information for marketing.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose client information to third parties only on your instruction, or where required by law or professional obligation.

Where an engagement requires coordination with your counsel, tax advisers, insurers, or technical specialists, disclosure is limited to what is necessary and is made with your knowledge.

Service providers engaged by AIFEG are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set out here.

Retention and Security

Information is retained for as long as required to perform the engagement and to meet legal, regulatory, and professional record-keeping obligations, then securely destroyed.

Access to client information is restricted to those within AIFEG whose role requires it. Systems are protected by encryption in transit and at rest, and by access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the material.

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or request its deletion where no legal or contractual obligation requires its retention.
